+++ Rennen Frauenwald abgesagt +++ Race Frauenwald canceled +++

Liebe Musher,
pünktlich nach dem Beschluß zur Verlängerung des Covid-Lockdown vom 5.1. haben wir in der letzten Woche Post vom Landratsamt Ilm-Kreis erhalten.
Mit deutlichen Worten heißt es dort, dass eine Genehmigung des Rennen in Frauenwald nicht mit den aktuellen Coronamaßnahmen der Thüringer Landesregierung vereinbar ist, sei das Hygienekonzept auch noch so gut und stimmig.
Daher müssen wir leider unser Rennen in Frauenwald absagen!
Das die Wetterlage vor Ort, mit Schnee satt, momentan so gut ist wie schon seit Jahren nicht mehr macht diesen Schritt umso bitterer, jedoch bleibt uns keine andere Wahl.

Dear Mushers,
punctually after the decision to extend the Covid lockdown from 5.1. we received a message from the District Office of Ilm-Kreis.
In clear words they wrote, that a approval of the race in Frauenwald is not compatible with the current corona measures of the Thuringian state government, no matter how good and coherent the hygiene concept is.
Therefore we unfortunately have to cancel our race in Frauenwald!
The fact, that the weather on site with a lot of snow is currently better than it has been for years makes this step more bitter, but we have no other choice.
